U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson is back to work today despite falling sick with COVID-19 and spending three days in an intensive care unit earlier this month, encouraging the British people to be patient and continue to support the lockdown. I know it's difficult, so I want this country to go as quickly as I can, but I hesitate to throw away the British people's energy so commitment, and face a massive second epidemic and a significant loss of life and a crippling NHS, Johnson said outside 10 Downing Street in an 8-minute speech.  I ask you to contain your patience because I believe we are coming now to the end of the first phase of this conflict.
