  • In the homepage, click on "PAN" under the drop-down menu of "Services"

  • Now, scroll through the page and under the "Change/Correction in PAN Data section", click on "Apply"

  • Fill in the form with all the prompted details

  • You must mention PAN in the form and choose only the cell which is in front of your name

  • After entering all the details click on "Validate" to check any errors

  • Now, click on "Submit" and make your payment complete

  • You can complete the payment process through net banking, debit/credit card, cash card, etc

  • For making the correction or changes in the existing PAN Card, applicants have to download the CSF PAN Form from the UTI center.

  • Fill in the form with your personal details that are relevant to your documents.

  • Submit the form along with the documents and photographs at the nearest UTIITSL or NSDL office.

  • Make the payment of Rs 110 (In India) and the new PAN Card will be sent to your given resident address within 15 working days.

  • Rs of 1020 is required for women residing outside India.

What are the Points to Keep in Mind while Filling the Form for Changes in PAN Card?

  1. For correction in PAN database or request for reissue of PAN Card, the applicant is mandated to apply in "Request for new PAN card Or/And changes in PAN" data form which is different from the Form 49A and Form 49AA.
