Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has shared five keys to safer food. The authority body also asked people to follow the simple steps to stay healthy in summer.

FSSAI's 5 steps for safer food

FSSAI took to Twitter and shared a post where it provided five steps to Safer food. The post was shared in both English and Hindi languages. 

The five steps are for safer food are: 

  1. Maintain good personal hygiene 

  2. Separate raw & cooked food 

  3. Cook and reheat food thoroughly

  4. Keep food at safe temperature

  5. Use clean, potable water to wash raw food items

FSSAI captioned "Follow these simple steps to #EatRight and stay healthy this summer! #EatRightIndia #swasthabharat #HealthForAll," on Twitter.
