Parveen Kaswan is an Aerospace Engineer by qualification. He did his masters from IISC Bangalore in Design. Then he joined the Indian Forest Service. As an IFS officer, his responsibility is to implement various policies and acts related to forests and wildlife on the ground.
Parveen works in the field of Nature and Wildlife Conservation. His articles and interviews are published widely in national dailies on environmental and sustainable development issues. He is also a member of the Commission on Education and Communication of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). He is counted as among the most followed environmentalists and conservationists of India.
