In collaboration with the World Health Organisation, Facebook has now introduced a Covid-19 chatbot for Messenger, after WhatsApp. Messenger's WHO chatbot will provide feedback on Covid-19, and it will also dispel theories. Google Messenger has more than 1.3 billion active users. Named the WHO's interactive health alert service, this can be viewed on Facebook from the official WHO website. Users may only press the Messenger icon on the tab, too. Here users may tap on the "Submit File" button and the Messenger chatbot will launch. The WHO Covid-19 chatbot is currently accessible in English, Spanish, and Arabic. It will be available in more languages soon.
