Google Doodle shares tips to prevent coronavirus

Google Doodle, on Friday, shared tips to include an animated depiction of the novel coronavirus pandemic. To avoid the spread of the virus, it has been recommended that people remain at home and keep the social distance. Google Doodle today features animated letters as characters and displays any alphabet that is involved in some operation at home. One enjoyed reading, for example, while the other played guitar. The quarantine task list also requires exercise and catch-up with friends and family via telephone conversations.

The Google Doodle redirects to a page detailing 'Coronavirus tips' and says, "Stay home. Save lives. As Covid-19 continues to impact populations around the world, help avoid the spread by taking these steps." Help stop coronavirus, Google Doodle said, and described tips for preventing Covid-19, the virus-infection.

  • Stay home

  • Maintain a safe distance

  • Wash hands often

  • Cover your cough

  • Sick then call the helpline

Google Doodle further added

  • Wash your hands daily with soap and water, or alcohol-based sanitizers for 20 seconds

  • Always cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow

  • Avoid near contact with unwell people (1 meter or 3 feet) 

  • Stay home in the family, and separate yourself from others if you feel unwell

In addition to sharing tips on coronavirus, Google Doodle also posted statistics illustrated with a graphic map-the the number of reported cases of Covid-19 in countries worldwide, the number of recovered patients, and the death toll. In December 2019, the novel coronavirus was first identified in China's Wuhan and quickly became a global pandemic. There were at least 10 lakh infections across 188 countries.
