Hilton and American Express are coming together to give away free rooms for 1 million COVID-19 medical professionals in the US

The renowned Hilton hotel chain has partnered with the American Express to express gratitude to healthcare workers by offering them rooms free of charge. The brands have promised to provide free services to as many as 1 million healthcare professionals working day and night to save people from deadly Coronavirus

Free rooms for 1 million medical professionals 

Hilton has issued a press release announcing that from next week on, by the end of May, Hilton and America Express will offer free rooms to physicians, nurses, EMT's, paramedics and other medical personnel who need a place to sleep, refresh and separate themselves from their families. It starts on 13 April and continues until the end of May. Hilton and American Express or money from individual Hotel owners will be paying for a bed. Payment is paying out.

The companies have now collaborated with ten medical organizations, representing more than one million medical staff in the United States. There are several hotels in Hilton, including Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton, where medical staff can rest.

As American Express Chairman and CEO Stephen J. Squeri commended the efforts of the healthcare professional: "Our medical professionals who bravely and independently are in the frontline of the crisis of coronavirus represent the best of us."

He also added that it is a pleasure to join this project with Hilton to give the heroes a place to relax and recover and "to help protect their loved ones."
