E-Pass for Blood Donation.

There have been reports about blood banks across the country starting to run low on blood supply due to the coronavirus lockdown. People who suffer from diseases like Thalassemia require regular blood transfusion as a treatment.

It is good to follow the lockdown rules and guidelines and maintain social distancing when doctors, nurses, and other health workers are working day and night to save lives. Even a little support from us will create a big difference.

The Indian government has made facilities for blood donors during this lockdown by introducing e-pass for blood donation via their e-raktkosh service. This e-pass is strictly for blood donors and not for any other emergencies. So, if you are planning to donate blood, apply for this e-pass by following the step by step procedure.

How to Apply for this e-pass?

  • Tap on ‘Donate Now’ from the right side of the screen
  • Next, enter donor details such as name, gender, blood group, etc

  • Then click ‘Save’

Your e-pass will be generated. Protection Status
