For all Covid-19 related queries, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has already issued a list of helpline numbers for different States / UTs. The government has now developed a corona what s app chatbot. The chat, called the MyGov Corona Helpdesk, answers user's coronavirus-related questions in real-time with automated responses. But the chatbot only supports the English language.

Everything you need to do is submit your question to a Government-shared WhatsApp number. Step 2: Now, open your WhatsApp and search for the contact you saved to start the chat.

Step 3: Raise your query and send a message.

Step 4:  You will get an automated response to your query.
