A Black Panther Was Seen Roaming In A Goa Sanctuary, Possibly For The First Time In Years, Captured on camera in South Goa's Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, the sight of the unusual animal has left everybody stunned, including forest officials.  While the sanctuary is a recognized tiger area, it is here that a black panther was first seen. Officials are seeking to figure out how any of those black panthers live in the sanctuary.
