Bipasha Basu shares workout routine

Everyone is practicing self-isolation and staying at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite lockdown, everyone should make sure that they stay healthy.

Actress Bipasha Basu recently shared a time-lapse video of her entire routine. She captioned the video, "Timelapse. If only the workout was so fast and so simple #loveyourself #loveyourbody #stayhomestaysafe."

The 70-second video begins with the actress on a yoga mat doing stretches. She then increased the difficulty level by adding a resistance band. The circuit included exercises for hands, glutes, cardio, and push-ups. She did a full-body routine in the video.

This exercise routine gives people the inspiration to exercise at home. She also urged her fans to stay safe.

The Raaz actress also shared how she is preparing to celebrate her 4th wedding anniversary during the lockdown. She made besan laddoo for Karan Singh Grover yesterday.
