Railway Department will be charging Rs. 50 extra per passenger Travelling in the Special Shrarmik Trains
Following state governments' demands to operate special trains, on Friday the Indian Railways said it planned to operate Friday's 'Shramik Special' trains to transfer stranded laborers, visitors, tourists, and students. The price for these trains requires an express train pass for sleeper mail, a superfast fee of some 30 minutes, an extra charge of some 20 minutes.

Special Charges on Sharmik Trains
While the Indian Railways were ordered by the Ministry of Home Affairs to run Shramik special trains to transport migrant employees, pilgrims and students stranded during the lockdown in various States, the Railway Board declared additional charges to be obtained from passengers in addition to the usual sleeper class fare. The additional charges took place from 1 May
The price for long-distance trains requires free food, drinking water. Passengers will not need to purchase something from Indian Railways as the government would arrange and compensate for passengers on behalf of the Government. Railways would only require certain passengers who are taken to the railway stations by states. The price for these trains requires an express train pass for sleeper mail, a superfast fee of some 30 minutes, an extra charge of some 20 minutes.
