Fake job alert

The railway had said in its notification, "Leaks have come to light in the recent past that some websites and social media are passing fake information about the recruitment of some 19,952 constable into the railway protection force offering to hire candidates in return for money. All candidates and the general public are hereby told that no such notification has been released on their websites or through any print or electronic media by RPF or Ministry of Railways.

Indian railways are one of the country's biggest operating organisations. Railway is the most sought-after choice for aspirants for government jobs. The railway receives over demand crores for significant recruitment. Fake job alerts have always been a threat; they scam candidates in exchange for money by selling them employment, and they are also a nuisance for the administration as candidates seek clarification from official bodies in this regard later on.

It is suggested that job aspirants search official websites, Employment Newspaper for information related to the recruitment.
