In one of the deadliest operations for the security forces in the Valley, an Indian army colonel, a major and two soldiers, along with a Jammu and Kashmir Police sub-inspector, were killed in a counter-terrorist operation in Kashmir late on Saturday. Shikhar Dhawan paid tribute to the Bravehearts and condoled their death on his Twitter post. He wrote, “Saluting these bravehearts who lost their lives protecting the country. Sincere condolences and prayers for the families. Jai Hind & R.I.P. #Kupwara #IndianArmy.” Check it out below:
