TikTok has introduced new Donation Stickers which allow users to raise funds for charities. Here's what you can do to use those stickers in your video. TikTok is a Chinese social networking video sharing site operated by ByteDance, a company based in Beijing which was established in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. It is used for making short videos of dance, lip-sync, humor and creativity.

Stickers for Charities

To aid content creators collect money for the causes they back, TikTok has introduced new Donation Stickers on its website. These Donation Stickers can be conveniently inserted into TikTok videos and TikTok Live photos, enabling consumers to contribute funds to the organizations they help without leaving the device. "When a user taps on the Donation Sticker, they will be guided to a pop-up window where they can quickly and easily submit a donation without having to leave the app," the company wrote in a blog post.

TikTok is funding a minimum of eight charities at the outset of this campaign, including-CDC Foundation, James Beard Foundation, Meals on Wheels, Musicares, National PTA, No Kid Starving, National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and The Actor Project. The organization has also confirmed that it would balance the contributions provided by the users to start the project until May 27.

Step 1: In the editing page, click on '[COVID-19]' Donation sticker.

Step 2: Choose an organization.

Step 3: Place the sticker on the video.

Step 4: Caption and post (#doubleyourimpact will be automatically added to the caption).
