The banking industry as a public utility service until October 21

Accepting the provision of banking services under this Act means that no strikes by workers or law enforcement officers will occur in the banking industry from the start of April 21. The Ministry of Labor and Employment announced in a news circular that the banking sector had been a public service for six months via a notification.
In the context of the coronavirus pandemic that has severely affected the economic activities, the notification was issued by the Labour Ministry.
