Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Wednesday virtually inaugurated the COVID-19 PCR testing laboratory.

Uttarakhand CM inaugurates COVID-19 PCR testing laboratory

The PCR testing laboratory is placed at Vir Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science and Research in Srinagar of Pauri Garhwal district. It will be used to test the COVID-19 samples.

Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) informed that the Doubling Rate of Uttarakhand is 30.3 Days. The Ministry stated that the rate is better than the National Average of 11 days. Uttarakhand reported a total of 55 confirmed cases in the state, including 36 recovered.
