The famous Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has shared a video on Instagram to help her fans by feeding them knowledge about the human body and exercises that can strengthen a particular part of the body. 

Here she shared a video of an exercise that will strengthen the lower back and the core and wrote, “For anyone who has lower back problems this is the easiest way to strengthen your lower back and core. Try doing this 15 times on both sides in the beginning. When u get better try holding out ur hand and leg for 30 seconds.
