Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, all farming families throughout the country will be provided annual income support of Rs.6000/- in three equal installments of Rs.2000/- every four months. Husband, wife, and minor children are defined as a family for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme. The entire responsibility for recognizing beneficiary farming families rests with the governments of the state / UT. The fund is distributed directly to recipient bank accounts. Farmers covered by the Operational Guidelines' exclusion requirements are not entitled to benefit for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme. The farmer must contact the local patwari/revenue officer / Nodal Officer (PM-Kisan) nominated by the State Government for enrollment.

What are the reasons for implementing PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2020?

This PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme has been developed by the Government to support the farmers. Some reasons for introducing Kisan Samman Nidhi yojana are,

1. To provide assistance both to small farmers as well as to Marina landholders and to their families with cultivable land.

2. Another significant explanation is to provide supplements for farmers' financial requirements that will help to procure various inputs to ensure and sustain safe crops and produce profitable income from them.

Steps for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Registration:

Farmers who need to register for PM-Kisan Yojana may contact the local patwari or revenue officer or PM-Kisan yojana Nodal Officer nominated by the respective state government. There is also an option to do online self-registration. Here are the steps for your reference. 

• Go to the official Govt website of Kisan Samman Nidhi pmkisan.gov.in

• Look for option 'Farmers Corner' on the Home Page 

• Then click on the option New Farmers Registration

• A new window opens on your screen 

• Fill out the form now with information such as Aadhar card number etc 

• If you are registered already, then your information will appear on the screen

How to check PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Status 2020?

• Visit the pmkisan.gov.in official website

• Click on the option Farmer corner

• Then click on the status of self-registered/CSC farmers

• On clicking it will take you to a new window where you need to enter the aadhar number

• If your application is submitted successfully, you will get the current status of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme

How to check PM Kisan Samman Nidhi List 2020?

• Visit the pmkisan.gov.in official website

• Now click on the Beneficiary status

• A new webpage will be opened

• To check the installment status select Aadhar number, account number, and mobile number

• After entering the details click on Get data

• Finally, you will get the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme on the screen

Who are Eligible to apply for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2020?

• Landholding farmers’ families with cultivable landholding in their names can apply under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2020

• Farmers belonging to both Urban and Rural areas 

• Small and marginal farmer's families.

Who are Ineligible to apply for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2020?

The following categories of higher-economic beneficiaries are not eligible for benefit under the scheme

All Institutional Landholders.

Farmer families in which one or more of its members belong to the following categories

i) Former and present holders of constitutional posts.

ii) Former and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of LokSabha/ RajyaSabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.

iii) All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries /Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and Attached offices /Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies.
(Excluding Multi Tasking Staff /Class IV/Group D employees)

vi)All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs.10,000/-or more.
(Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees) of the above category,

v) All Persons who paid Income Tax in the last assessment year.

vi) Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with Professional bodies and carrying out profession by undertaking practices.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Beneficiary List: 

The PM Kisan Yojana Beneficiary List has been released and it is available on the official website. Till now, more than 9 crore farmers have been added under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The scheme was aimed to give huge support to farmers in the country. Farmers & beneficiaries under the scheme can now know very easily whether or not their name is included under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under the scheme, the farmers and beneficiaries receive Rs.6,000 annually in three installments of Rs.2,000.

• Select 'Farmer' from the menu

• Click on 'Beneficiary List'

• Then Choose a state, district, sub-district, block, and village (gram sabha).

• Fill all the complete details

• Click on 'Get Report'

• The list of all beneficiaries of the Prime farmers plan will be displayed.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: 5th Installment Date

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana- Central Govt Scheme, and is run by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The Central Govt. of India provides 100 percent of the funds to PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The Piyush Goyal (India's Interim Finance Minister) has declared Small and Marginal Farmers for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Scheme Online Registration began on February 1st, 2019, and the last date to submit the form was February 28, 2020. Registered farmers will earn the Rs. 6000/- benefits in 3 2000/- installments each. The Central Govt will directly send the funds to beneficiaries' bank accounts.

One year of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been completed by the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Ministry. On 24 February 2020, India's central government launched an Android App. The PM Kisan mobile app was introduced to expand the reach of farmers.
