I've never done yoga in my life says Alaya F!!
Amid lockdown, Celebs and sportsmen are making sure that they stay fit no matter what. They also don't fail to entertain or pass out any advice to their fans during the crisis.
Only such a video was shared by Alaya F. She never practiced yoga "in her life" but is trying it out at the moment. But the way she does is like a pro for sure.
In the video, Alaya basically did a modified version of the Surya Namaskar. She was dressed in a maroon sports bra and tights and did yoga in her balcony against a scenic backdrop.
Alaya has tied her hair in a high bun and pulled off difficult asanas while doing yoga on Friday. Jasleen Royal and Prateek Kuhad's song Kho Gaye Hum Kahan from the 2016 film Baar Baar Dekho played in the background. The mood was perfect!
Alaya captioned the video "I've never done yoga in my life but it's become my new favourite thing to find cool yoga videos and get super excited when I'm able to do what they're doing. Watch it till the end," in the post.
